Service Description
Ventilation installation as agreed is a flexible service for ventilation installation and modification work that does not fit the mould of our fixed-price services. Typical jobs: duct modifications, adding valves, individual installations during a renovation, and small ventilation repairs. The work is done either by the hour or with a fixed quote - for larger jobs we always start with a survey and a written quote, so you know the costs before the work begins. The price includes: the agreed installation work done by a professional, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: materials and supplies (billed as used), electrical work (we coordinate with an electrical contractor where needed), or construction work. How the service proceeds: 1. Book a time online for hourly work, or request a quote: info@aeris.fi. 2. We go through the scope of the work with you before starting. 3. The work is done in the agreed scope and invoiced in the agreed way. Installation work has a two-year warranty. The labour share typically qualifies for the Finnish household expenses tax credit (kotitalousvähennys). We serve Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and the rest of Uusimaa. Service area We mainly serve Uusimaa. Service elsewhere and the related costs are agreed separately. Prices and invoicing All prices include VAT. Invoicing is possible - send a request to info@aeris.fi. Schedule changes and cancellations Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed time via our service page. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email. A 20% handling fee is charged for cancellations of online payments, and 5% for cancellations of invoiced services. Order changes If an order needs to be changed, this is agreed case by case. Any additional costs are agreed separately. Warranty and liability The work is carried out to a high standard and as agreed. Installation work has a two-year warranty. Any defects are corrected free of charge. Privacy Customer data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Customer's responsibility The customer provides the necessary documents and information on time and ensures that the work can be carried out as agreed.
