Air ventilation work prices
All our prices are visible on this page. Choose a fixed-price service and you will know in advance what you will pay, or order hourly work—in both cases, the costs are clear before the work begins. We serve Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and throughout Uusimaa.
Fixed-price services
Most of our services are priced at a fixed rate. The price is always the same regardless of how long the work takes. The fixed price includes the work, visit, materials, and reporting, unless otherwise stated in the service description.
Fixed-price services are the most cost-effective way to order. We have completed hundreds of each type of job and know what they require—so we can offer a fixed price. Below you will find all of our fixed-price services. By clicking each service, you will see a more detailed description and can book directly.

Hourly work
Sometimes a job is so case-specific that a fixed price cannot be given in advance. In that case, the work is carried out on an hourly basis. When ordering hourly work, it’s good to understand how billing is determined.
Standard work tasks
€119 / hour / technician
Urgent and emergency work
€184.15 / hour / technician
Minimum charge
Always a minimum of 2 hours
Billing basis
Each started hour is billed as a full hour
All persons involved in carrying out the work are included in the hourly billing if they assist together with the professional staff.
What is the hourly work price based on?
Time spent on site is only part of a technician’s workday. Billing starts when the technician leaves the office and ends when they return. This includes travel, picking up materials, reporting, waste disposal, and statutory breaks (lunch break 60 min, two 15-minute coffee breaks).
When a technician comes to your home for half an hour, their total working time—including travel and preparation—is many times greater. If three customers each order a half-hour job, it can fill the technician’s entire eight-hour workday—even though each customer only sees that half hour. The technician must be paid for the whole day. The minimum charge and travel costs are a way to distribute these real costs.
In addition to hourly work, the following are added to the invoice:
Service travel fee (capital region)
€40 / visit
Service travel fee (with charging option)
€31.38 / visit
Service travel fee (outside the capital region)
fixed fee + €0.70/km
Site-specific fee
€150 / site
Materials
according to actual consumption
The service travel fee covers vehicle upkeep and servicing. The site-specific fee (€150) covers small consumables and waste management. Materials are charged according to the amount used, but at a minimum the price of a full package—you may keep any leftover materials.
Example of hourly billing
You order an air ventilation installer who leaves the office at 8:00 and arrives on site at 8:40. The workday includes a lunch break as well as picking up supplies and taking waste to a Sortti recycling station. The installer returns to the office at 15:15.
Billing: 8 hours of labor (7 h 15 min rounded up), service travel fee based on the site location, site-specific fee €150, and supplies/materials according to actual consumption.
Fixed price or hourly work?
With a fixed-price service, the price is agreed in advance and does not change. With hourly work, the final price is only known once the invoice is issued. A fixed price also includes travel and materials, which are billed separately in hourly work. In practice, a fixed-price service is almost always cheaper, because we have optimized our processes through repetition.
If your situation requires a tailored solution and there is no fixed-price service available, we will always provide a written quote in advance—so you know the costs before you decide.
Can’t find what you’re looking for?
If you’re not sure which service is right for your situation, contact us. An air ventilation survey (€155) is the fastest way to get an on-site expert assessment—the survey fee is credited if you order follow-up work. Remote consulting (€118) is the most affordable way to get an answer without a visit.
