Ventilation inspections and measurements
A ventilation problem only gets solved once you know exactly what is wrong. Our inspection services cover everything from a quick on-site IV assessment to a thorough ventilation review - you choose the scope you need. We measure the airflows, check the pressure differences, examine the airtightness of the ductwork and, where needed, carry out thermal imaging or a laboratory-based mould investigation.
Every inspection produces a clear report with concrete recommendations - not just data. The reports work directly as support for a housing company board's decisions, for the property manager's documentation or for a detached house owner's needs. Ventilation consulting and project coordination
Sometimes you need an expert's view before making any decisions. Our consulting service gives you an HVAC engineer's assessment quickly and clearly - remotely or on site. A short remote consultation is enough to resolve a simple question; for more complex situations we offer in-depth technical consulting, where we study your system as a whole.
We design ventilation systems for new builds and renovations with professional design software. Where needed, we coordinate the whole project: we choose the right people, supervise the quality of the work and make sure the implementation matches the plan. We also act as the official responsible ventilation works supervisor and KVV works supervisor when a construction project requires a permit-holding responsible person - you get the authority approval and professional supervision from one place.

Ventilation unit maintenance
Ventilation unit maintenance does not mean just changing the filter - it means making sure the whole system works. In a full service we check the condition of the fans, the efficiency of the heat recovery, the seals, the condensate drainage and the operation of the control system. You get a clear report on the unit's condition and any repair needs.
We offer maintenance for every need: a quick filter service, a comprehensive seasonal maintenance and a thorough full service. We also service air source heat pumps and exhaust ventilation systems. Our technicians are specially trained certified ventilation inspectors - they also spot the hidden problems an ordinary service visit would miss. Ventilation duct cleaning
Professional cleaning of the ventilation ducts is an investment in your property's energy efficiency and the service life of the ventilation system. We are one of the few in Finland with a registered professional qualification for ventilation duct cleaning. It means we know exactly how cleaning is done right in different kinds of properties, and we verify the quality by inspecting the result.
We clean both supply and exhaust ducts in apartment buildings, detached houses and commercial premises. We also carry out the annual cleaning of restaurant grease ducts and the deep cleaning of ventilation units, which combines cleaning and maintenance into one. We serve all of Uusimaa.
Ventilation installation and repairs
We install, replace and repair - from a small valve job to replacing the entire ventilation unit. Every installation includes airflow measurement and adjustment, so the system works as designed right from commissioning. Challenges do not scare us: we find a solution every time, whether it is the cramped plant room of an old building or a complex duct route.
Our most typical installation jobs are ventilation unit replacement, fan motor replacement, make-up air valve installation, replacing flexible concertina ducts with spiral-seam ducts, radon fan installation, roof fan installation, cooker hood installation, and replacing silencers and damper motors.
