We are an Espoo-based air ventilation specialist company serving properties in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, and throughout Uusimaa. We provide inspections and measurements, maintenance and repairs, duct cleaning, installations, as well as consulting and design—all at fixed prices.
Who are we?
IVAeris Oy was founded in 2019 in Espoo. The company’s founder and CEO personally handles marketing, sales, supervisory planning, and invoicing—there is no extra administration, which enables fast service and direct contact with the decision-maker.
Our specialty is air ventilation technology in all its forms: natural (gravity) ventilation, mechanical exhaust ventilation, and mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery. Every day we carry out inspections, maintenance, cleaning, installations, and measurements in private homes, housing companies, and businesses.
Professional qualifications
We hold 14 registered professional qualifications in the air ventilation and HVAC fields. In practice, this means we can handle the work end to end ourselves: from measurement to design, from installation to commissioning inspection, and the duties of a responsible site supervisor. For permit-required projects, we also provide responsible site supervisor services for air ventilation works and KVV works.
Our personnel have completed occupational safety and fire safety training, and our equipment always meets the current qualification requirements.
Responsibility
Environmental responsibility is part of our operations. We use electric cars for site travel, which reduces emissions and is also reflected for our customers as a lower service travel fee when charging is available. We offer trainee placements for future air ventilation professionals and actively develop industry competence—the latest project is a sign-language air ventilation learning app.
Our team
Our team consists of highly trained air ventilation professionals. More than two thirds of our staff are engineers, and each has several years of practical experience in the air ventilation field. We encourage continuous training—a qualified technician does better work.
Our partners
We specialize in air ventilation, but sites do not always involve air ventilation alone. Electrical installations, plumbing, transport, and building works are part of everyday reality in many projects. We do not provide these services ourselves, but over the years we have built a network of reliable partners with whom we deliver complete projects from a single point of contact. We coordinate and supervise the entire project so you don’t have to.
