Service Description
A complete service of the ventilation unit (full AHU service), covering inspection and maintenance of all the unit's key components. The full service works well as annual upkeep and is especially recommended in autumn before the heating season, when a clean heat recovery cell is critical for energy efficiency. The service covers all common ventilation units, such as Enervent, Swegon, Vallox, Parmair and KAir. The price includes 10 inspection and service points: 1. Filter inspection and replacement (the filter itself is billed separately). 2. Cleaning of the heat recovery (HRV) cell. 3. Fan inspection and cleaning. 4. Condensate drain function check. 5. Post-heating coil function check. 6. Check of the unit's controls and settings. 7. Service reminder check and reset. 8. Check of the unit's tightness and insulation. 9. Sound level check. 10. Service hatch function check. The price does not include: filters (the replacement work is included, the filter is billed separately), repairs, duct or basic cleaning, or airflow measurement and balancing. How it works: 1. Book the full service online at a time that suits you. 2. Our specialist goes through all 10 checkpoints on site. 3. If the service reveals repair needs, you get a recommendation for next steps. A well-serviced ventilation unit runs at its designed output, uses less energy and lasts longer. A neglected unit strains the motors, weakens heat recovery and can lead to expensive repairs. If your ventilation unit has not been serviced for a long time or you suspect a fault, book an on-site IV assessment (IV-katselmus) first - we assess whether a service is enough or other measures are needed. Would you like regular maintenance without booking each visit separately? We also offer an ongoing maintenance agreement with regular inspections and services at times that suit you. The labour share typically qualifies for the Finnish household expenses tax credit (kotitalousvähennys). We serve Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and the rest of Uusimaa.

Service area We mainly serve Uusimaa. Service elsewhere and the related costs are agreed separately. Prices and invoicing All prices include VAT. Invoicing is possible - send a request to info@aeris.fi. Schedule changes and cancellations Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed time via our service page. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email. A 20% handling fee is charged for cancellations of online payments, and 5% for cancellations of invoiced services. Order changes If an order needs to be changed, this is agreed case by case. Any additional costs are agreed separately. Warranty and liability The work is carried out to a high standard and as agreed. Installation work has a two-year warranty. Any defects are corrected free of charge. Privacy Customer data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Customer's responsibility The customer provides the necessary documents and information on time and ensures that the work can be carried out as agreed.
