On commission from IV Kymppi Oy, we carried out an extensive airtightness inspection of an apartment building's centralized heat-recovery (LTO) ducting during the construction stage. The inspection tested the system's airtightness and located possible leaks to ensure an energy-efficient, working result. The work was part of the new-build quality assurance and helped identify repair needs before the system was finally commissioned.

In 2021, at an apartment building in Järvenpää and on request from IV Kymppi Oy, we carried out an airtightness inspection of the ducting of a centralized heat-recovery (LTO) system under construction. Using pressure tests and other methods, we verified the airtightness of the ducting and located possible leaks. An inspection at the construction stage is especially important, as it makes potential problems easier to fix before the system is finally commissioned.

In a detached house we carried out a thorough cleaning of the heat-recovery (LTO) system, including cleaning the LTO unit and ductwork. At the customer's request we also installed new roof fans on the roof. The new roof fans improve ventilation efficiency. Regular service of the LTO system and roof fans is important for energy efficiency and reliable operation.

In 2021, on commission from Jukkatalo Oy, we built the ventilation systems of two new detached houses using Betterpipe ducts. Our work included installing the ducts. We used high-quality Betterpipe ducts, known for their durability and airtightness. Thanks to professional installation, the new ventilation systems operate efficiently for the residents.

IVAeris Oy carried out ventilation duct cleaning and system service at Hangontie 940. The work included thorough cleaning of the ductwork to ensure ventilation efficiency. We also inspected and serviced the system components, such as fans and valves, following industry standards (SFS 4699 and D2/2012). Thanks to careful work, the ventilation system runs optimally, which improves the energy efficiency and comfort of the spaces.

In winter 2021 our customer contacted us about moisture damage in the downstairs suspended ceiling. The cause was found to be inadequate insulation of the ventilation ducts, which led to condensation forming. At the customer's request, we removed the old insulation and installed new, appropriate insulation on the ducts.
