Our customer contacted us about poor ventilation in the crawl space of their detached house. We carried out a project where we excavated into the crawl space and installed new ventilation pipes there. Thanks to the new pipes, the crawl-space ventilation improved significantly, which prevents moisture problems and improves the durability of the building's structures.

At a new-build site in Kirkkonummi, on commission from IV Kymppi Oy, we carried out the insulation work for the central ventilation system in spring 2021. Our work included installing fire insulation in the attic. Before starting the insulation work, we ran an airtightness test on 20% of the ducting.

During the inspection we found that the insect mesh of the fresh-air grille was blocked, which had probably caused the motor bearing faults. We fixed the problem and carried out the measurements and adjustments to ensure the system runs optimally.
