Instead, they sought to ensure continued efficiency. We developed a maintenance plan and inspected the units to confirm optimal performance for each building.

During the inspection, we discovered that the motors of the radon extraction system’s radon fans were at the end of their life cycle. The housing company decided to have us replace the radon fan motors to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the radon removal system.
