Kasarmikatu 36

On January 19, 2023, IVAeris Oy executed a duct cleaning project at Kasarmikatu 36, Helsinki, in collaboration with Ilmastointi-Mikenti Oy. This task was part of a larger project undertaken by Ilmastointi-Mikenti Oy, focusing specifically on cleaning the ductwork in the third and sixth floors.

Our scope involved the thorough cleaning of vertical ducts leading from the ventilation machine rooms to the respective floors. We employed industry best practices and advanced equipment to ensure the ducts were cleaned effectively and safely, significantly enhancing the building’s indoor air quality.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with Ilmastointi-Mikenti Oy, who managed other aspects of the project. Our contribution was solely focused on duct cleaning; we did not handle equipment installation, filter replacements, or air flow regulation.

Despite our role being limited to one aspect of the broader project, our precise and efficient duct cleaning was crucial. Clean ductwork is essential for effective ventilation, and our work greatly supported the improvement of the building’s indoor air quality.

The entire project was completed between December 28 and December 30, 2022. Even though we were responsible for only one part of the larger project, IVAeris Oy’s professional team once again demonstrated its ability to execute demanding tasks with quality and punctuality.
