IVAeris Oy completed a significant ventilation system measurement and adjustment task at Kasarmikatu 36, Helsinki, on January 9, 2023. This expert work was part of a broader ventilation project managed by Ilmastointi-Mikenti Oy.

Previously, in 2022, we had performed a sweeping task at the same location. At the start of 2023, we were called back to handle the measurement and adjustment. Our work included precise measurement and adjustment of the ventilation system, with all measurements meticulously documented. This ensures the ability to replicate measurements and verify data as needed. We also confirmed that the calibration status of our equipment was properly documented.

Airflow adjustments were executed carefully to avoid unnecessary restrictions and ensure optimal ventilation throughout the building. Adjustments were made room by room, maintaining the building’s overall negative pressure within 1-5 Pa relative to the outside.
