Pulmutie 5

In the spring of 2023, IVAeris Oy executed a major ventilation project at a detached house on Pulmuntie 5 in Kirkkonummi. This project involved the partial dismantling of an old exhaust ventilation system with two exhaust fans, the installation of a new heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system, and the final measurement and adjustment of the system.

The new system was built around the Enervent LTR-5 ventilation unit, renowned for its rotating heat recovery. The unit was installed in the attic, which was additionally insulated with foam rubber. For the supply air ducts, we used pre-insulated ducts from Better Pipe Oy, ensuring the system’s energy efficiency.

The existing exhaust ducts were repurposed, meticulously cleaned, and insulated with 32mm foam rubber. Once the installation was completed, we conducted airflow measurements and adjustments using a relative method to ensure optimal performance, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency.

IVAeris Oy’s skilled team ensured that residents of Pulmuntie 5 can now enjoy fresh and clean indoor air with significantly improved energy efficiency. With this project completed, the homeowners can focus on enjoying their home with enhanced comfort.
