Indoor air quality assessment – indoor air measurement

Service Description

Indoor air measurement with a continuous monitoring device for one week, including analysis and a detailed report. The measurement covers radon, carbon dioxide (CO₂), volatile organic compounds (VOC), humidity and temperature. The result is a concrete picture of the air being breathed in the space. The service is a good fit when you suspect an indoor air problem but do not know the cause, you want to verify that the ventilation is adequate, you need measured data to support repair or improvement decisions, or you want to confirm the indoor air quality for example after a renovation. The service is intended for properties up to 280 m². The measurement is done in one, or at most two, rooms at a time. The price includes: delivery and installation of the measurement device on site, a one-week continuous measurement period, collection of the device, data analysis, a detailed report with the results and recommended actions, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: repairs or modifications to the system, or measurements of additional rooms (ordered separately). How it works: 1. Book the measurement online at a time that suits you. 2. Our specialist delivers and installs the measurement devices at the agreed time. 3. The measurement period lasts one week. You keep a diary of how the space is used (sauna, cooking, ventilation adjustments, etc.) so the results can be interpreted accurately. 4. We collect the device and analyse the collected data. 5. You receive a report with the measurement results, explanations of what the findings mean, and clear recommendations. The diary you keep during the measurement period is an essential part of the analysis. It helps separate peaks caused by normal use from real problems - for example, a CO₂ peak in the evening may be caused by inadequate ventilation or simply by more people than usual being in the space.
