Remote ventilation consultation is an advisory conversation with a specialist by phone or video call. It is the most affordable way to get a professional's view of your situation before ordering visits or work - or if you just want confirmation of your own plans. Typical topics: stuffy air or draughts and their possible causes, ventilation unit settings and use, filter choices, ideas for improving the system, and which service is actually worth ordering in your situation. It is worth understanding the nature of remote consultation: without measurements and a visit we cannot diagnose a fault with certainty, but we can narrow down the likely causes, advise what you can check yourself and tell you which next step makes the most sense. This often saves an unnecessary visit or ordering the wrong service. The price includes: a consultation of up to one hour and the specialist's recommendation for next steps. The price does not include: a visit, measurements, or a written report. How it works: 1. Book a time online and briefly describe your situation when booking. Photos of the unit and the valves help. 2. Our specialist calls at the agreed time and goes through the situation with you. 3. You get a clear recommendation: what you can do yourself and what is worth ordering. If the matter requires a visit, the on-site IV assessment (IV-katselmus) is the next step.

Service area We mainly serve Uusimaa. Service elsewhere and the related costs are agreed separately. Prices and invoicing All prices include VAT. Invoicing is possible - send a request to info@aeris.fi. Schedule changes and cancellations Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed time via our service page. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email. A 20% handling fee is charged for cancellations of online payments, and 5% for cancellations of invoiced services. Order changes If an order needs to be changed, this is agreed case by case. Any additional costs are agreed separately. Warranty and liability The work is carried out to a high standard and as agreed. Installation work has a two-year warranty. Any defects are corrected free of charge. Privacy Customer data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Customer's responsibility The customer provides the necessary documents and information on time and ensures that the work can be carried out as agreed.
