A complete review of the ventilation system: documents, units, ductwork, fire safety.
Service Description
The ventilation review is a complete assessment of the system that tells you the true condition of the property's ventilation: what works, what does not, and what to do next. The review suits housing companies and property owners, for example before planning a renovation, in connection with a property sale, or when there is no up-to-date picture of the system's condition. It is a voluntary condition assessment - not a periodic inspection required by the authorities. The price includes: a review of the documents (plans, cleaning records, service history), inspection of the ventilation units and components, assessment of the condition of the ducts and terminal devices, assessment of the condition of fire dampers and fire insulation, a check of the heat recovery and automation, indoor environment observations (temperature, sound level, ventilation balance, user feedback), a review report with recommended actions, a closing meeting, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: repair work, duct cleaning, or laboratory analyses. How it works: 1. After ordering, you provide the available documents and we agree a kick-off meeting. 2. During the site tour we inspect the parts of the system and take spot-check measurements. 3. Findings and deficiencies are documented system by system. 4. You receive the review report, recommendations in order of priority, and a closing meeting. We serve Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and the rest of Uusimaa. For a smaller property or a single problem, a lighter option is the on-site IV assessment (IV-katselmus) or the ventilation problem investigation.

Service area We mainly serve Uusimaa. Service elsewhere and the related costs are agreed separately. Prices and invoicing All prices include VAT. Invoicing is possible - send a request to info@aeris.fi. Schedule changes and cancellations Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed time via our service page. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email. A 20% handling fee is charged for cancellations of online payments, and 5% for cancellations of invoiced services. Order changes If an order needs to be changed, this is agreed case by case. Any additional costs are agreed separately. Warranty and liability The work is carried out to a high standard and as agreed. Installation work has a two-year warranty. Any defects are corrected free of charge. Privacy Customer data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Customer's responsibility The customer provides the necessary documents and information on time and ensures that the work can be carried out as agreed.
