Service Description

The visual cleanliness inspection of the ventilation system answers the question of whether the ductwork actually needs cleaning. Duct cleaning is often sold just in case - we inspect first. We assess the cleanliness of the ducts, terminal devices and the unit visually, using a method based on industry guidance (LVI 39-10409): through access hatches, with a finger-wipe test, and by comparing the dust accumulation against visual cleanliness scales. Where needed, we image the ductwork with a camera. You get a clear answer: no cleaning is needed, partial cleaning is worthwhile, or cleaning of the whole system is due. The service is intended for properties up to 280 m²: detached houses, terraced houses and small commercial premises. The price includes: a review of the available documents, a visual inspection through the access hatches and terminal devices, duct camera imaging where needed, a written cleanliness inspection report with recommendations, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: cleaning or servicing the ductwork, quantitative dust measurement, or airflow measurement. How it works: 1. Book the inspection online. 2. Our specialist inspects the cleanliness of the system on site. 3. You receive a report of the findings and a well-founded recommendation. Service area We mainly serve Uusimaa. Service elsewhere and the related costs are agreed separately. Prices and invoicing All prices include VAT. Invoicing is possible - send a request to info@aeris.fi. Schedule changes and cancellations Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours before the agreed time via our service page. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance by email. A 20% handling fee is charged for cancellations of online payments, and 5% for cancellations of invoiced services. Order changes If an order needs to be changed, this is agreed case by case. Any additional costs are agreed separately. Warranty and liability The work is carried out to a high standard and as agreed. Installation work has a two-year warranty. Any defects are corrected free of charge. Privacy Customer data is handled confidentially and is not shared with third parties. Customer's responsibility The customer provides the necessary documents and information on time and ensures that the work can be carried out as agreed.
