Airflow measurement without balancing. We measure all supply and exhaust airflows and compare the results against the design values. You get a clear report that tells you whether your ventilation system works as it should - and if not, where the deviations are. The service is a good fit when you want to know whether the ventilation works as designed, you suspect an airflow imbalance (draughts, stuffy air, moisture not clearing), you need a measurement record for example for the housing company, the authorities or a property sale, or you want baseline data before ventilation balancing or a renovation. The service is intended for residential apartments and small commercial premises (up to 20 valves). The price includes: airflow measurement with professional equipment (balometer hood, differential pressure meter, hot-wire anemometer or vane anemometer), a detailed report of the results and deviations, recommendations for next steps, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: airflow balancing or adjustment, repair or maintenance work, or large or complex properties (more than 20 valves). How it works: 1. Book the measurement online at a time that suits you. 2. Our specialist performs the measurements on site in 1-2 hours. 3. You receive the report within a week of the measurement. The measurement does not change the system's settings - it only documents the current state. If the measurement reveals deviations, you can order the airflow measurement and balancing, where the airflows are also balanced to the design values.
