Ventilation system design (a ventilation plan) for detached houses, renovations and small properties. The plan sizes the airflows room by room, defines the equipment choices and valve placement, and gives a clear basis for the implementation - a correctly sized system runs quietly, energy-efficiently and in line with the regulations. The plan is drawn up based on the floor plans, the structures and the user's needs. The process includes a consultation meeting, analysis of the initial data and up to three revision rounds based on your feedback. The price includes: a consultation meeting, analysis of the initial data, airflow calculations room by room, equipment recommendations (ventilation unit, duct sizes, filters, components), air distribution design taking throw patterns into account, and a ventilation design drawing (PDF) with the sizing data. The price depends on the size and complexity of the property. The price does not include: section drawings or 3D modelling, electrical and automation plans, a detailed material list, special modelling (airtightness, sound), or installation work. How it works: 1. Book the service online and provide the floor plans. 2. We hold a consultation meeting and map the needs. 3. We draw up the plan and finalise it based on your feedback (up to three rounds). 4. You receive the finished design drawing as a PDF.
