The service is a good fit when you want an overview of the moisture situation before a property sale, you suspect moisture in the bathroom, sauna or basement, you have noticed odours or surface damage, or you simply want peace of mind. This is a light survey, not an official condition investigation. The report does not replace an investigation requiring the opening of structures, and it is not intended as the basis for decisions by an insurance company or the authorities. If the survey reveals anything unusual, we recommend further measures. Thermal imaging complements the measurement by revealing temperature differences that can point to moisture or insulation defects.
