The maintenance keeps the exhaust system in working order: a dirty fan and clogged valves reduce the airflows and increase energy consumption. We have experience with the most common brands, such as Vilpe, Systemair, Onnline and Vallox. The service suits detached and terraced houses and small apartment buildings. The price includes: checking and, where needed, cleaning the roof fan or exhaust fan, checking the fan mountings and bearing noise, checking the cleanliness of the exhaust valves, checking the make-up air valve filters and replacing them (replacement work), checking the controls, and travel costs in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The price does not include: new filters (billed separately), repairs or motor replacements, or duct cleaning. How it works: 1. Book a time online. 2. Our technician checks and cleans the key parts of the exhaust ventilation. 3. If repair needs are found, you get a recommendation and a separate quote. The labour share typically qualifies for the Finnish household expenses tax credit (kotitalousvähennys). We serve Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and the rest of Uusimaa.
