Service Description

We act as the responsible ventilation works supervisor (IV-vastaava työnjohtaja) for your project when a construction or renovation project includes permit-required ventilation works. Permit-required ventilation works may not be started until a ventilation works supervisor has been named for the project and approved by the municipal building control - a requirement that often comes as a surprise at the start of a project. Whether your project requires a permit and a supervisor is determined by the municipal building control - we can help you find out. As supervisor we make sure the ventilation works are carried out according to the plans and regulations, and we handle the cooperation with the authorities and the documentation. The price includes: a kick-off meeting (goals, responsibilities, schedule), applying for supervisor approval from building control, three site visits, supervision and documentation of the work stages, and preparation for and participation in the final inspection. The price does not include: installation or construction work, plans, or additional site visits (150 EUR/visit). How it works: 1. Order the service online - we contact you on the next working day. 2. In the kick-off meeting we agree on responsibilities and the schedule, and we handle the approval with building control. 3. We supervise the works with site visits and document the stages. 4. The final inspection confirms an approved result. We serve Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen and the rest of Uusimaa.
