At a property in Helsinki, we carried out a thorough cleaning of the heat-recovery (LTO) system. Our work included cleaning the LTO unit and the ductwork. We also carried out the measurements and adjustments to ensure the system runs optimally. Regular cleaning and service of an LTO system is important for energy efficiency and reliable operation.

In 2021 we carried out a project to improve the operation of the exhaust ventilation system. We found that the system did not have enough make-up air, which can cause a feeling of draught and unbalanced pressures. As a solution, we installed several Velco make-up air valves, which ensure an adequate make-up air supply and improve the pressure balance and living comfort.

During a complete renovation of a restaurant at Mariankatu 10 in Helsinki, we renewed and upgraded the entire ventilation system. In the dining hall we installed a heat-recovery (LTO) unit for comfortable indoor conditions. In the kitchen we redesigned the ductwork, removed the old ducts and installed a new, efficient roof fan. This ensures excellent ventilation and a pleasant working environment going forward.
