We hold the toughest qualifications in the field: SuLVI certificates for ventilation measurement and ventilation cleaning, Class T site supervisor qualification from FISE, and Reliable Partner status. How we work
We are not a large organisation with a hundred technicians ready to go. We are a small and selective team. We don’t take on every job, because then we couldn’t maintain our quality. But if we do take a job, we do it properly.

Meille jäi erittäin hyvä ja laadukas kuva työskentelystänne. Kyseessä 22 huoneiston taloyhtiön iv-kanavien puhdistus ja ilmanvaihdon säätö.
Erityisesti olen tyytyväinen viestintäänne, joka on poikkeuksellisen hyvää verrattuna useimpiin toimijoihin taloyhtiöympäristössä. Koko ajan tiesimme missä mennään ja mitä tulee tapahtumaan.

Heti otti yhteyttä kun olin yhteydessä ja tuli katsomaan ongelmaani paikanpäälle! Muut iv-firmat eivät edes vastanneet minulle. Saimme tarjouksen ja hinta piti vaikka urakka oli vaativa ja kasvoi projektin edetessä. Kun työ oli tehty loistavasti saimme vielä loppuraportin joka on todella kattava. Saimme terveen sisäilman kotiimme ja todella hyvällä kädenjäljellä tehdyn työn! Voin suositella!

Ilmanvaihtokoneen puhaltimet tulivat teknisen käyttöikänsä päähän ja masiina laukesi - mutta onneksi apu järjestyi oitis, meiliinkin vastattiin, vaikka oli sunnuntai. Valokuvieni perusteella varaosien saantikin varmistui (ihme kyllä, niillä tärähtäneillä räpsäisyillä). Paluumeilissä saatu tarjous ynnä aikataulusuunnitelma pitivät kutinsa, ja asentajakin oli herrasmies eikä nurkkiin räkivä nilkki. En löydä pienintäkään moitteen sijaa. Suosittelen.

In the spring of 2023, IVAeris Oy revamped and optimized the ventilation system in a detached house on Pulmuntie. The project involved the partial dismantling of the old system, installation of a new ventilation system, and comprehensive measurement and adjustment of the system.

IVAeris Oy performed the cleaning, maintenance, and airflow measurement and adjustment of ventilation ducts at Aalto University’s Bioeconomy and Biotechnology Laboratory. The work was supervised by an external party and met stringent P1 cleanliness standards. The cleaning was executed meticulously by creating negative pressure in the spaces and using high-efficiency brushing machines, ensuring optimal system performance.

The ventilation project at Pancho Villa restaurant was challenging due to numerous deficiencies in the originally installed system. Our team, in collaboration with external contractors, addressed these issues, including an inefficient exhaust fan, inadequate exhaust air systems, and insufficient supply air units. The installation, adjustments, and updated blueprints ensured a functional and effective ventilation system tailored to the restaurant’s needs.
