We hold the toughest qualifications in the field: SuLVI certificates for ventilation measurement and ventilation cleaning, Class T site supervisor qualification from FISE, and Reliable Partner status. This means we know our work, we get the paperwork right, and we do the job so that it will withstand measurement, inspection, and time.

How we work
We are not a large organisation with a hundred technicians ready to go. We are a small and selective team. We don’t take on every job, because then we couldn’t maintain our quality. But if we do take a job, we do it properly.

Meille jäi erittäin hyvä ja laadukas kuva työskentelystänne. Kyseessä 22 huoneiston taloyhtiön iv-kanavien puhdistus ja ilmanvaihdon säätö.

Heti otti yhteyttä kun olin yhteydessä ja tuli katsomaan ongelmaani paikanpäälle! Muut iv-firmat eivät edes vastanneet minulle. Saimme tarjouksen ja hinta piti vaikka urakka oli vaativa ja kasvoi projektin edetessä. Kun työ oli tehty loistavasti saimme vielä loppuraportin joka on todella kattava. Saimme terveen sisäilman kotiimme ja todella hyvällä kädenjäljellä tehdyn työn! Voin suositella!

Ilmanvaihtokoneen puhaltimet tulivat teknisen käyttöikänsä päähän ja masiina laukesi - mutta onneksi apu järjestyi oitis, meiliinkin vastattiin, vaikka oli sunnuntai. Valokuvieni perusteella varaosien saantikin varmistui (ihme kyllä, niillä tärähtäneillä räpsäisyillä). Paluumeilissä saatu tarjous ynnä aikataulusuunnitelma pitivät kutinsa, ja asentajakin oli herrasmies eikä nurkkiin räkivä nilkki. En löydä pienintäkään moitteen sijaa. Suosittelen.

In 2022, IVAeris Oy conducted thorough cleaning of the old ductwork and kitchen grease ducts at Orion’s headquarters and factory in Espoo. The task required meticulous attention and care due to the critical importance of cleanliness and duct integrity in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
All personnel underwent safety training prior to entering the facility. The cleaning was performed using mechanical brushes and vacuum devices. For security reasons, no images of the site are available for publication.

At Asunto Oy Espoon Kevätsilmu, while the ventilation system’s lifespan was nearing its end, the housing company chose not to replace the well-functioning units. Instead, they aimed to ensure their continued efficiency. We developed a maintenance plan and inspected the units to guarantee that each building’s ventilation system remains optimal for the future.

Two Atex-certified high-efficiency extractors were installed on the roof of a pharmaceutical laboratory, requiring precise attention. We ensured the tightness of the extractors and ductwork to prevent hazardous gases from damaging the structure or environment. The ductwork was modified using specialized composite materials to withstand laboratory emissions. Installation was carried out in collaboration with a Spanish manufacturer, guaranteeing the system’s reliability and safety.
